Justin Cifelli, Founder
Hempioneers is led by Justin Cifelli. We grow hemp, make products from it, and pioneer how people create and build with hemp — the idea behind the name.
Why Hempioneers
After years around cannabis and hemp, we kept coming back to a bigger question: how do we pioneer creating and building with this plant? That means growing hemp, making products from it, and opening the path for hempcrete homes and building materials — pioneering with hemp, start to finish.
What farm-to-home means for us
We're not buying hemp hurd from a broker and calling it a hemp house. We're building the chain ourselves — starting with our Verde Valley, Arizona hemp farm, through processing into hempcrete and building materials we'll ship nationwide, into finished walls and homes, with a product line on the same supply. We'll share real updates as each link comes online rather than get ahead of ourselves.
Where we're based
Rooted in Verde Valley, Arizona. From that base we're building a farm-to-home hemp company that ships building materials and products nationwide. We share the region only — not a street address.
FAQ
Why did Hempioneers move from cannabis consulting to hemp building?
After years working around the cannabis and hemp industries, we kept coming back to the same plant with a different question: not what can hemp be smoked or sold as, but what can hemp build. Hempcrete, hemp insulation, hemp fiber board — the construction side of hemp doesn't get the attention the consumer side does. Hempioneers exists to grow it, process it, and build with it.
Is Hempioneers a general contractor?
We're not currently operating as a licensed general contractor. As our hemp houses move from inquiries into real builds, we'll be clear about how each project is licensed and structured.
